Bij de captatie van congressen komt er heel wat bij kijken, de Europese organisatie Ehtel (actief in e-health) rekent hiervoor al enkele jaren op Promotime. De presentaties moeten zowel in de zaal als online vlotverlopen, met een perfecte audio en beeld. Maar voor de start van het congres is er reeds al wat voorbereiding waarbij met Promomte ondersteuning geven.
We deden ook reeds captaties/hybride congressen voor:
Lifebots, Scirocco Exchange, Global Cyber Alliance, HimSA, vCare, InGrid, Minderheden Forum, ACV Defensie, AZ Monica… (Locaties: Universiteit Antwerpen, Universiteit Luik, Scotland House Brussels, ART56 Brussels, …)
Aanpak Promotime
PRE-PRODUCTIE
- De bouw van een website met alle sprekers, schema, online registratie en een deelnemerslijst.
- Een voorbereidende call met alle online sprekers zodat ze goed in beeld komen met een heldere audio en ook geven we o.a. ondersteuning met de lay-out van de powerpoint presentaties.
- Tenslotte doen we steeds een locatiebezoek op voorhand om zeker te zijn dat technisch alles in orde is.
PRODUCTIE
- Alle techniek tijdens het congres, captatie met live regie van 4 camera’s en audio. Er wordt ook een extra monitor voorzien voor de sprekers waarop ze de slides met nota’s kunnen zien.
- Opname van alle presentatie
POST-PRODUCTIE
- Montage van de presenaties voor online publicatie.
